Chimbu Devan to start his third film


After the success of Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi and Arai en 305-il Kadavul, director Chimbu Devan is coming with his forthcoming film Irumbu Kottai Murattu Singam.

Starring Raghava Lawrence in the lead role, the movie has Padmapriya and Lakshmi Rai as his lead ladies. Nasser plays an important role.

According to the press release, the movie is a western adventure comedy and set in in 17th century.

After Jai Shankar’s Ganga (made 38 years ago) this would be a full-length cowboy film. The shooting will start at the end of March and the entire shooting will be happen in the dense forests of Madhya Pradesh.

At present all the artistes related to this project are engaged in horse-riding and shooting training to give perfectness to their characters.

Chimbu, the director says confidently that the film will be entirely new for the Tamil audience, “We have made the script that way. It seems the project is estimated to cross Rs 15 crores.”

Meena postpones her marriage for three more years



Meena who entered the film industry at a very tender age of just 12 as a full fledged heroine is known almost 31 years in age. She was born in the year 1978 and is still said to be reigning in the south Indian film industry. Presently, the bulky actress with fish eys is said to be busy with three movie projects. Two of them are from Malayalam and one is from Tamil and a Telugu project is said to be in pipeline.

Meanwhile, reacting to the latest rumors that she is engaged to a bridegroom from Bangalore, Meena cleared the air that the marriage is now out of cards and she has postpone it for three more years.

But she did not clear whether the marriage was on with the declared bridegroom or not.

Our sincere advice to Meena is- please settle down in life with a good man as three years more can be precarious to you and your future life in all aspects.
